Who you’re dealing with

RezUp is made by Amstrup Commerce, a sole proprietorship (enkeltmandsvirksomhed), Mågevej 19, 3600 Frederikssund, Denmark, CVR 37813478 (“we”). Contact: hello@getrezup.com.

When you buy RezUp, the seller is Polar Software, Inc. (polar.sh), our reseller and merchant of record. Polar takes the payment, issues the invoice and handles VAT and sales tax, under its own buyer terms. These terms cover your use of the RezUp software and demo, which we provide.

Your licence

One payment gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use RezUp on 2 computers at a time, for unlimited images, including commercial work. You can move the licence between computers in Help → Licence. Every version 1 and 2 update is included. A future version 3 would be an optional, paid upgrade.

The app checks your licence key online about once a week. It keeps working offline for up to 30 days at a time. After that, exported files get a watermark until it can check again. RezUp runs on Windows 10 and 11.

If the licence check ever shuts down for good, we’ll e-mail everyone who bought RezUp a version that doesn’t need it and has no watermark, using the address you bought with, so you can keep using what you paid for.

You may not resell or share RezUp or your key, or remove its licence check or watermark. You may not copy or reverse-engineer it, except where the law lets you. RezUp includes third-party components under their own licences, listed in the notices that come with the app, and those licences apply to those components.

Your images

Your images stay yours. RezUp claims no rights to anything you make with it, and you can sell it. You are responsible for having the right to use the images you process and to sell what you make from them.

AI upscaling creates detail that wasn’t in the original, such as faces and small text, and the result can differ from it. RezUp’s print checks and platform presets are a guide: platforms change their rules, and some presets are worked out from a platform’s print sizes rather than taken from its file rules. Check your files, and the platform’s current rules, before you print or sell.

Free images

The browser demo gives you 5 free images, as watermarked samples. The app gives you 25 free images after signing in. Please use one account per person. We may change or end the free images at any time, which doesn’t affect anything you’ve already made.

Refunds and your right to withdraw

14-day money-back guarantee: a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Just e-mail hello@getrezup.com. The refund goes back through Polar, and your licence key stops working.

Consumers in the EU also have a legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days. For digital products, you can lose that right if you ask for delivery right away and accept this at checkout. Our guarantee gives you the same 14 days either way.

If something goes wrong

If you’re a consumer, you have legal rights if RezUp is faulty or not as described. Nothing in these terms limits those rights or any other rights you can’t give up by law.

If you buy or use RezUp for your business, it is provided as it is, and to the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid for RezUp. We aren’t liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit, lost sales, reprints or returned orders. These limits don’t apply to harm caused on purpose or by gross negligence.

AI agents and other services

RezUp can connect to AI agents such as Claude. Those agents, and any store or service you connect them to, are run by others under their own terms, and you decide what they’re allowed to do. RezUp is not affiliated with or endorsed by the platforms and AI tools named on this website. Their names belong to their owners.

Complaints and the law

Please write to hello@getrezup.com first, and we’ll try to sort it out. Consumers in Denmark can also complain to the Danish consumer complaints board at Nævnenes Hus (naevneneshus.dk). Consumers elsewhere in the EU can get help from the European Consumer Centres Network.

These terms follow Danish law. If you’re a consumer, you also keep the mandatory protections of the country you live in and can bring a case there. If you’re a business, disputes go to the Danish courts.

Changes

We may update these terms, and we’ll change the date at the top when we do. The terms in force when you bought RezUp keep applying to that purchase, unless a change is required by law or only helps you.
